AI Workflow WIRE Method

Most AI workflows fail not because the technology is wrong, but because they skip the four non-negotiable stages that separate a demo from a durable system. The industry has conditioned people to think AI automation is a build-and-ship game. WIRE challenges that.

Each AI workflow we build goes through the WIRE method because creation is only 25% of the project - the 75% nobody talks about is where the real expertise lives.

The WIRE Method

Tyto AI helps businesses build AI workflows that don't just launch — they last. We created and use the WIRE Method: Workflow Design, Intelligent Testing, Responsible Implementation, and Embedded Training — because automation without all four is just an expensive experiment.

W: Workflow Design - Build with intent, not just instructions. Audit the real, messy process first — not the documented version. We've designed audits, before/after breakdowns, and design principles we use against the audit.

I: Intelligent Testing - Test for behavior, not just function. AI workflows need behavioral testing — do they decide correctly under pressure? Failure analyses, edge case libraries, testing frameworks.

R: Responsible Implementation - Deploy like someone must live with it. Governance, ownership, monitoring — and human override capability. We help you create governance guides, ownership models, post-launch checklists, security and ethics policy for using AI in your business.

E: Embedded Training - The humans using it are part of the system. Train the people, not just the AI. We can provide training playbooks, adoption strategies and human-AI handoff guides.

We breakdown each pillar below.

Doing redundant tasks manually eats up your time. Take our Capacity Killer Survey and see how much time you can get back to do what matter most, whether it's mentoring, doing business development or being with your family.

W - Workflow Design

We build with intent, not just instructions. We audit the real, messy process first — not the documented version. We evaluate the manual workflow, tasks, procedures and steps and figure out which ones are candidates for automation to ensure success.

Our AI Readiness & Opportunity Audit asks AI-related questions focused on stakeholders, functional areas and the current AI state at the company, as well as a SWOT analysis.

We design audits, the before/after breakdowns, and create the design principles for the candidate task or process before we ever touch the tech stack or start building.

I - Intelligent Testing

We test for behavior, not just function. AI workflows need behavioral testing — do they decide correctly under pressure? What answers or solutions do they offer, and are they correct? Nothing gets implemented until you're satisfied that the tests show us the automation won't let you down.

The testing occurs with safe data that's been evaluated to ensure there is no sensitive, proprietary or personal information in the test environment.

We walk through failure analyses, edge case libraries, testing frameworks and simulate every edge test that's happened and envision new ones with the automation design and function.

R - Responsible Implementation

We deploy automations like someone must live with it, because ultimately they do. We help you create AI governance, ownership, monitoring and human override capability policy and handbooks. If the workflow fails, a fallback plan is in place where employees can take back the process until the issue is identified and fixed.

Before anything launches, we work with you to create and implement an AI Governance policy that outlines security, safety and ethics guidelines to follow when using your custom AI workflow automation, and that everyone involved in using and monitoring the AI's performance understands the policy that's put in place.

Using governance guides, ownership models and post-launch checklists, we ensure the automated workflow delivers as promised - consistently and accurately.

E - Embedded Training

The humans using it are part of the automated workflow system. We train the people, not just the AI. The human in the loop is a safety check and backup measure if the automation gets outdated.

We create a custom training program for your employees and managers to understand how the workflow automation performs and maintain the automation.

Together, we develop your training playbooks, adoption strategies, and human-AI handoff guides to have the knowledge, skills and confidence to maintain your custom automation.
